We offer two delivery options for all mainland UK orders:
Standard Delivery
Prices are calculated based on the number of items ordered:
- 1 item: £4.50 — each additional item adds £0.50, up to a maximum of £8.00
- Orders exceeding 20 items: an additional £8.00 applies per further set of up to 20 items
- Large or bulky items: from £8.00 — an additional £8.00 applies per further set of up to 10 items
Next Working Day Delivery
- 1–20 items: £13.00
- 21–40 items: £26.00
- 41–60 items: £39.00
Cut-off times and dispatch
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday on a working day are dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day
- Orders placed after 2pm, over the weekend, or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day
- Example: order before 2pm on Friday — arrives Monday. Order on Saturday — dispatched Monday, arrives Tuesday
Please note that we utilise delivery services by Hermes & DPD who will endeavour to ensure all orders are delivered quickly and safely. You will be able to track your order status after it has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in transit. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
For non-UK mainland orders, shipping cost is calculated at the start of the checkout process.

We securely pack all of our switches and sockets to ensure safe and timely delivery. However please check immediately upon receipt of goods for any visible damage or defects. In this instance, any damages must be reported to us within seven days of receipt. Late reports of items damaged in transit cannot be compensated.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- We are informed within 14 days of delivery.
- Unwanted goods must be returned in perfect, resalable condition, complete with the original packaging.
- If the original packaging is missing or the items have been fitted or modified, we regret that we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
- The return of any item(s) is your responsibility until they are received back into our warehouse. We are not liable for any damage or loss in transit.
- The warehouse address below, please mention the order number on return parcel.
