We offer a three-day delivery service on all orders placed before 2pm for mainland UK.
Please note that these Hermes & DPD who will endeavour to ensure all orders are delivered quickly and safely. You will be able to track your order status when it is despatched from our warehouse and in transit. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the good haven been despatched.
For non-UK mainland orders, your personal shipping cost will be calculated at the start of the checkout process.

We securely pack all of our switches and sockets to ensure a safe and timely delivery. However please check immediately upon receipt of goods for any visible damage or defects. In this instance ensure any damages are reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Late reports of transit damage cannot be compensated.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- We are informed within 14 days of delivery.
- Unwanted goods must be returned in full resalable condition, complete with original packaging.
- The return of any item(s) is your responsibility until they are received in our warehouse. We are not liable for any damage in transit or for any loss of your parcel.
- If the original packaging is missing or the items have been fitted or modified, we regret that we cannot accept a return and issue a refund.
- Any refunds do not include your postage costs back to us.
